  • Now to save this brush as a new Preset, go over to where it says Custom and scan down to the second to last choice where it says Save Current.
  • In the Adjustment Brush panel, click on the word “Custom” just to the right of the word “Effect” and, from the pop-up menu that appears, right near the bottom of the menu, choose Save Current Settings as New Preset, as shown here.
  • Double-click on the Lightroom folder, and inside you'll see the one named “Local Adjustment Presets”.
  • Save your brush parameters as a "Local Adjustment Preset".
  • In the Adjustment Brush panel, click on the word “Custom” just to the right of the word “Effect” and, from the pop-up menu that appears, right near the bottom of the menu, choose Save Current Settings as New Preset, as shown here....

    Save My Brush Settings as a Preset?

    In the Adjustment Brush panel, click on the word “Custom” just to the right of the word “Effect” and, from the pop-up menu that appears, right near the bottom of the menu, choose Save Current Settings as New Preset, as shown here.

    Give your new preset a name (seen above right), and now your preset will be added to this menu so you can get to those same brush settings in the future with just one click.
