Create and save a brush in Adobe Lightroom.

Now to save this brush as a new Preset, go over to where it says Custom and scan down to the second to last choice where it says Save Current.

In the Adjustment Brush panel, click on the word “Custom” just to the right of the word “Effect” and, from the pop-up menu that appears, right near the bottom of the menu, choose Save Current Settings as New Preset, as shown here.

Double-click on the Lightroom folder, and inside you'll see the one named “Local Adjustment Presets”.

Save your brush parameters as a "Local Adjustment Preset".
