Adobe's Premiere video editing and production software includes a powerful set of tools with which you can manipulate video clips that you've recorded.

The "Speed/Duration" command in Premiere, for example, allows you to change the speed of a video clip to create a slow- or fast-motion effect. This feature also allows you to reverse a video clip, thereby making it play backwards.

Adobe Premiere supports most common video file formats, including MOV, MPEG, FLV, AVI and WMV.

1. Launch Adobe Premiere. Click "File," then "Import." Navigate to the clip you want to reverse and double-click it.
2. Right-click on the clip's name in the Project section of Premiere.

3. Check the box next to "Reverse Speed" in the dialog box that opens. Click the "OK" button to reverse the clip.
4. Click and drag the clip from the Project section onto the timeline.
